Prepare a suspected-error report
When correction contact becomes available, include the FixLookup page URL, the exact statement or step, why it may be incorrect, and a manufacturer manual or support link when available. Submitted reports will be reviewed before content changes are published.
Protect personal information
When the channel opens, do not send passwords, purchase records, full serial numbers, home addresses, or other sensitive information. FixLookup does not need personal appliance ownership data to review a published claim.
Contact scope
The planned corrections channel will be for editorial feedback, not emergency help, booking repairs, warranty claims, or manufacturer customer support.
